Privacy Policy

This describes what SleepDepp ("we") actually collects and does with your data when you use the website or app to order custom apparel. No generic boilerplate — this reflects what the app really does.

What we collect

• Contact & shipping info — name, email, phone, and shipping address, collected by Stripe during checkout and shared with us to fulfill your order.
• Your order choices — the design, garment, color, size, and placement you picked. See our Terms §4 for how the artwork itself is licensed to you (as a printed garment, not the design file).
• Payment info — processed entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never see or store your full card number.
• Email address only, if you use the "10% off" popup without completing a purchase.
• Checkout email: if you start checkout but don't finish, we may send one reminder with a link back to your saved cart (at most once a week, with a one-click opt-out).

Analytics & advertising

• Our own visit counter: an anonymous random ID stored on your device (no cookie, no name or email attached) counts steps like "opened a design" and "went to checkout", so we can see where the shop is confusing. It stays on our server and isn't shared.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless traffic stats (page views, rough location, device type) so we know the site's actually being used. It doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting, and it doesn't track you across other sites.
• TikTok Pixel — if you arrive here from a TikTok ad, this tells us the ad worked. It also uses TikTok's Advanced Matching, which hashes your email and phone number (never sent in plain text) so TikTok can match a purchase back to the ad that drove it. This is a real ad pixel and TikTok is a real ad network — we're not going to pretend otherwise. You can see what TikTok does with it in TikTok's own privacy policy.

We don't sell your data to anyone. Those two tools are the only ad-adjacent things on this site, and both are disclosed here plainly.

Who we share it with, and why

• Stripe — processes your payment and collects your shipping/contact details during checkout.
• Printful — receives your name, shipping address, and order (as a print-ready file) to manufacture and ship your order. Printful's own privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
• Resend — sends order-confirmation and shipping-notification emails on our behalf; receives your email address and order summary for this purpose only.
• TikTok — receives hashed contact info (via Advanced Matching) and ad click/conversion data, solely to measure and improve our ad campaigns.

Beyond what's listed above, we don't share your data with anyone else. No data brokers.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing email if you explicitly opt in (the checkbox at checkout, or by using the discount popup). Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping) aren't optional — they're how you find out your order shipped.

Local storage on your device

The app/site stores a few small things directly on your device (not sent to us): your cart contents before checkout, whether you've dismissed the discount popup, your shipping country and checkout email (so you don't retype them), the anonymous visit-counter ID described above, and (in the admin tool only) a login token. Clearing your browser/app data resets these.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal record-keeping. If you want your data deleted and it isn't otherwise required for these purposes, contact us and we'll remove it.

Children

SleepDepp isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to the record-keeping note above) by contacting us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

If this changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
